HIIT

Get ready to go further and breathe easier. This cardio-focused workout gives your body a complete workout focusing on the combination of strength and strength stamina through a series of dynamic movements involving weights and your own body.

MOBILITY & STRETCH

The aim of these sessions is to aid and improve flexibility and mobility in muscles and joints. We explore a variety of tailored exercises, from calisthenics to bands and other forms of added resistance. Mobility is more than being flexible, it’s about control.

MAT PILATES

Strengthen your foundation and pilates fundamentals in a full body burner. You will learn to sculpt long, lean muscle by connecting your breath, elevating each movement, and controlling your tempo.

POWER HOUR

A high intensity class focused on developing advanced skill across light to moderate weight. Designed to leverage your body’s ability to adapt and evolve for improved fitness, skill, and performance.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING (DPNY)

This class focuses on compound movements and core stability exercises, that are implemented with calisthenics and weight training methods that compliments the general day to day lives of busy individuals.

PUPPYPOUND (DPNY)

Foundations for kids. A fun, fast paced, and informative lesson to teach and enable your child’s body awareness, balance, strength, and position to improve physical development and sport using basic training principles and methods.

BOXING

BOOTY BUILDER

A strength-based class focused on building and defining your glutes with the incorporation of weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Gain more knowledge about lower body strength training, while having you leave with the best body pump ever.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

A skills-based class focused on developing strength, power, muscular endurance, and conditioning. We use different modalities to introduce progressive overload while maintaining technique. Train like an athlete, perform like a champion.
